Imagina estar rodeado por el color azul, como una niebla azul, como humo azul, no puedes ver nada, estás flotando en el azul sin dirección, es suave, es acogedor, te recuerda a tu vientre materno. No hay pensamientos, la mente está en silencio, solo tu cuerpo percibe el color azul, lo absorbe, lo siente, lo abraza, se pierde en el azul, se funde con el azul ... ...
Blue
La niebla azul empieza a transformarse, a cambiar de consistencia, se vuelve más clara, más fina, el color azul empieza a crear nuevas tonalidades, hay una línea suave, un horizonte, arriba de la línea el azul es más claro, abajo es más intenso, más fuerte. Seguimos flotando, absorbiendo este azul y disfrutando de una gran sensación de paz y felicidad.
